Krill oil is extracted from small Antarctic crustaceans similar to shrimps and are the source of several highly nutritional components: Anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, similar to those found in fish oil. These contribute nutritional support for the heart, brain and eyes.   While Omega 3s are found in the same ratios as fish oil but may be better with Krill because there are no fishy burps. Known as marine lecithin, krill supplies Lipotropic Phosphatidylcholine and Choline, a fatty B-vitamin, which are required by all cells.
