Sedaplex® is a combination of traditional herbal sleep aids valerian, passionflower, hops and skullcap with calcium, magnesium, vitamin B3 and B6 for nervous system support. It also includes the non-essential amino acid L-Theanine, which helps calm the mind. As a formula this product addresses various approaches to relaxation and sleep enhancement. Suggested serving size is 1-2 capsules up to three times daily between meals, or as directed by a health practitioner As a sleep aid, take 2-3 capsules thirty minutes before bed, or as directed by a health practitioner.
