Arnica montana is a homeopathic remedy that helps temporarily relieve pain, bruising, swelling and discomfort associated with physical, mental and/or emotional trauma associated with injuries and overexertion.   The active ingredient in this formula is potentized to 1X HPUS-4%.  Massage into painful area immediately after injury, up to 3 times per day.  Non-medicinal ingredients: alcohol, purified water, white petrolatum USP
